Abstract Drought stress exposure adversely affects plant growth and productivity. Various seed priming techniques are experimented to mitigate the adverse effect of drought on performance. It is a low-cost sustainable technology that proved be immense potential enhance tolerance increase crop episodes followed by recovery through rain or irrigation help plants recuperate from damages caused stress. The severity drought-associated determines kinetics plants. Under recurrent cycle events, has importance in predicting survival status plant.
